The best part was fondue after lunch at the all GIRLS camporee!  We had so much fun at the Virginia Creeper Trail! It is in Virginia. The biking was fun. There were a couple of complaints about sore legs. The trail was beautiful especially with the fall colors. The weather was very pleasant. We did not sweat much. The food was great. This weekend was perfect camping weather. We had so much fun. Our next campout is Camporee. Stay tuned for updates.     Our troop had so much fun at the Whitewater Center! The scouts really enjoyed the water rock wall and the whitewater rafting. One of the adults said hearing the screams of joy and fright really made his day. The girls got some tan lines (as expected). The troop camped at Belk Scout Camp which was very nice. Big shout out to all the drivers! It was a three -hour drive. Thank you! Stay tuned for our next campout, the Virginia Creeper Trail.   Should of had more s'mores. Did not make it to the end!
We had so much fun at the Outer Banks! The Wright Brothers’ Memorial was fascinating. We also went paddling and saw some alligators and interesting water plants such as bladderwort. The troop went on a nighttime stroll on the beach. The stars were incredible with no light pollution. We had so much fun at the Outer Banks and can’t wait for the next camping trip which is Summer Camp!
